Systematic Rent Collection
We will issue automated reminders to tenants before and on the due date every month to minimize chances of inadvertent delays. When the rent becomes in arrears for 3 day or more, our specialists will initiate follow up protocols in person and regularly report to landlords.
Rental Income Protection
In the unfortunate event that we had ascertained the rent is in arrears and the tenant has no intention to settle, there is no need to be worried as our landlords are protected for up to 6 months' rent. We will also promptly initiate legal proceedings so that our landlord will recovery possession of the property as soon as legally possible. Since we will take care of everything, our landlords are not required to participate or pay for these procedures6.
We will vet the background of the tenants for landlords. If our investigation reveals that a tenant has a long history of rental disputes or related misbehaviours, we will inform the Landlord to minimize the risk of any misfortune.

Professional Maintenance Support
Our maintenance support can rapidly respond to all physical, electrical or appliance maintenance problems tenants may have. They regularly provide instantaneous support to chain stores and restaurants all over Hong Kong, so their efficiency and quality are guaranteed.
Maintenance and Repair Protection
Our protection covers all furniture, fixtures and fittings provided to the tenant. So long as they were damaged maliciously or accidentally, it's covered.
On-site Inspection and Service
When a maintenance request has been made by the tenant, a case will be created, and we will investigate the matter, determine liabilities and inform the Landlord. Where necessary, our maintenance staff may attend the rented premises for inspection at no extra costs. If we confirm that the damage is covered by our protection, we will also handle the claim on the landlord's behalf7.
24-Hours Emergency Maintenance Support
In case the tenant comes across any emergency maintenance issues during the night or holidays, our 24-Hours Maintenance Support will make sure the tenant is taken care of while the landlord will not be disturbed.
